Description

I got some free time on Saturday, and made mango mousse for dessert :)

Mango Mousse

Servings: 4

2 large mangoes
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of milk
300ml of cream
1 tablespoon of gelatine

1- Peel the mangoes and remove the seeds (it will be easier if you refrigerate the mangoes 2 hours before)
2- Blend the flesh with the milk, cream and sugar
3- Pour into a bowl.
4- Dissolve the gelatine in hot water, and then add it to the mixture.
5- Refrigerate until the mousse sets. (4 hours) ^^

I actually made enough for 6 persons, if you want to make more than 4 servings, remember 1 mango = 2 servings :D

looks really nice!! how much water did you use to make the gelatine 1 cup.. cuz im really bad doing these the jelly never goes right.. and here we mix it with more things so o.o could you guide me :please: ?? Thx!!! :aww:
